I am an advocate of holistic health.

Reflexology; an ancient healing technique is

quickly gaining in popularity and becoming one of

the fastest growing complimentary and drug-free

modalities in our Western world. 

 

Certified by the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC), I practice in Feet and Hand Reflexology as well as Cranial-Facial Technique.

 Successfully completing the Reproductive Reflexology™ Courses,
I am an active member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR).  Subsequently I completed the requirements to be certified as a Maternity Reflexology Practitioner and thoroughly enjoys supporting her clients from pre-conception to postpartum phases of their journey.

                                                                                                          Committed to the next generation of reflexology therapists, I am a certified Foot Reflexology Teacher - member with the International Council of Reflexologists as well as a
 RAC endorsed RCRT Examiner.

Aside to my Reflexology career, I studied and worked within the domain of sport and event management; working and living in a number of countries. I have to my credit a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and a Master’s Degree in Sport Studies from
the University of Ottawa.
